This master’s thesis is concerned with the creation of a proposal of internet bookshop. It consists of theoretical findings of internet shopping, analysis of present situation as well as trends in the book area. The goal of my diploma thesis is to project a model of internet shop including necessary changes in company's structure and finally the economical summary of the project.

This bachelor´s thesis dealts with the issue of web e-commerce with sporting goods. There was a claim to implement the advanced web application of e-commerce with the emphasis on the safety factor, agreeable design, tenuity and intuitiveness of work with the e-commerce. What´s more, there is discussed the simple predictive method, anticipated trend in price of the product. The information system was implemented by means of PHP, MySQL and JavaScript for the platform Apache.

Web Application of E-Shop

The thesis includes a design and an implementation of the complex web application of electronic shop. The developed system unites warehouse management, Internet shop and single-entry bookkeeping. It enables common and consignment sale and extension of the customers' section with translations into foreign languages. The implemented system satisfied the acceptance tests of a certain company and is ready for its immediate introduction into practice.

Scaleable Internet Shop

The work inquires into questions of Electronic Commerce, which comes within the range of Electronic Business. The purpose is to create a system which facilitates generating and parallel operation of more internet shops by the web interface without the necessity of HTML knowledge. The application consists of two main parts: Administrative, where sellers insert and control offered goods, get survey of made orders and do the detailed setting of their shop. The second part is interface for customers, which serves for presentation and selling offered goods. The system is implemented in language PHP5 and relational database MySQL 5.0. User interface is created using the HTML, JavaScript and Cascade Style Sheets CSS.

Práca kriticky hodnotí praktiky ovplyvňujúce zákaznícku spokojnosť v jednotlivých predajňách spoločnosti, internetovom obchode, servisnom stredisku a zákazníckom centre. Výsledkom sú odporúčané riešenia pre poskytovanie lepších služieb na zvýšenie zákazníckej loajality, ako aj spôsoby eliminácie zistených nedostatkov.

This work deals with the creation of an internet shop specialized in selling music media. The whole system is separated into two parts - the customer part and the administration part. The goal was to create an interesting, safe and transparent e-shop. At the same time, the emphasis was put on the simple management of the whole system. The application was programmed by using technologies of XHTML, PHP and MySQL.
